All entries must be in the form of a PDF.
Maximum number of words – 1,000, on two sides of A4, minimum font size 10.
Supporting pictures and clippings – maximum two sides of A4.
Entries must relate to events or campaigns which took place primarily between September 2015 and September 2016.
The same campaign can be submitted for more than one award, but should be adjusted to suit the entry criteria.
All potential conflicts of interest on the part of judges must be reported immediately.
All or part of an entry can be confidential but this must be clearly marked at the time of submission.
Payment for all awards entries must be made at the time of submission.
Payments for seats must be made at the time of application.
Payment for tables within 30 days maximum and required ahead of the awards night.
Payment for sponsorship within 30 days maximum and required ahead of the awards night.
Any complaints about judging must be submitted in writing to the Judging Co-ordinator and the Chief Judge. There is no right of appeal from that point onwards.
Name substitutions are permissible up until one week before the night.
Joining instructions will be sent out 7 working days before the event.
